Roy Campbell in Metal Gear Solid 2: SoL
Here's where i'll be posting my reactions or discoveries regarding roy in MGS2 O.O. Probably things i'll come upon or discover in message boards, magazines and the game itself.*SPOILERS AHEAD*
- I've been reading through some forums after playing mgs2 and i've seen posts saying that the voice actor for roy was still the same. actually, he had a different voice actor in mgs2. the one from mgs1 was paul otis (who i think has a kewl and um sexy voice O.o) while the guy in mgs2 was paul eiding (yeap...yer not seeing doubles. they're both pauls, but i want paul otis back...get that sexy,gruff voice back!)
- Looks like Campbell IS a real person, no matter how farked up he was as an AI in mgs2. thank god he's real....or else i might end up changing this site's name to col. roy campbell online O.O
- Campbell is an envirnonmentalist(???). Maybe...though we must remember that it was actually raiden's mind which created the codec rose and roy.
- Personally, his best view in the mgs2 codec was the front view. Though you only get to see that after he starts going berzerk O.O
- Oh my GOd, I ACTUALLY FREAKED OUT when he was going crazy near the end of mgs2. since i easily get scared, i was creeped out by the skeletal campbell even more!!! BRRRRRR!!! Especially since he was saying these weird and eerie shtuff which belong to the clocktower games!!! I didn't imagine that there would actually come a time when i would get scared of roy O.O...heck, i luv da guy!
